HAHAHA!! That is so hilarious and cute! I hope she gets her 75 cents. Or maybe she'll get and unheard of amount for the story that goes with it. This reminds me of a couple of old ebay listings. One was for a baseball that started a whole day of disaster-- can't remember how much it went for- but it was in the thousands. The other was about trading cards or something bought at a grocery store.
That is hilarious. Quite the story and the story teller. I remember wasting my money in those machines...oh the days before ebay was an option :) I hope she gets her money too. I bet Annabelle would like that necklace...I just wouldn't want to let her out of the house wearing it ;)
I too remember reading a listing in Ebay about a grocery store trip and trading cards - it was funny and she got her money. Heres to hoping the same for Beckah!
Oh my heck that is awesome!!! i love that she suggested to sell it on ebay! i remember the finger cuffs...they had them at a little diner by my house...and i always wanted them...good luck!! i love it!
That is such a hilarious story! I was laughing so hard. Kids are the funniest. I die with the stuff they can come up with. Too cute! Chelsie....are you referring to Kirt's in your above comment? I always wanted a quarter when we went there. What I liked though were the big huge stickers. Ahhh...childhood....
So....did she get her 75c back?? SO curious...how does the saga end!
A HUGE thanks to Shawna L for buying Bekah's necklace! She got her money back and was so happy to mail the necklace off today! While we were at Petco today, Coop used some change to buy 3 goldfish. I think Bekah has decided to use her money to do the same!!
I am glad the story had a happy ending.
When listing your item, think about what time the auction is going to end. You don't want your item to end at 4 a.m. on a Tuesday morning. Pick a time when a lot of buyers will be browsing eBay. My personal recommendation, along with a lot of other sellers, is to have the auction end on a Sunday evening. Another thing to keep in mind is that coats and jackets don't sell very well in the middle of July. List your tickets on ebay with ListEasy to save time.
There is no denying that inventory management systems have become very sophisticated; however, experts send out a warning - these are only tools, and must be used accordingly. An automated solution is not a replacement for an experienced retailer's expert instincts. The system may generate a lot of micro-level data and analysis, but converting that into market insight is the user's domain. For all the advances that have been made, retail inventory management is still an art; a retail inventory management system merely helps people paint faster! Learn more with List Easy
