This is what it looks like after being on my own with 4 kids for 9 days. Emma was super sick and throwing up over the weekend and tonight, I helped the kids carve their pumpkins for Family Home Evening. Have you ever attempted to carve 4 pumpkins by yourself? It would have been easier that way. Pumpkin carving/"Mom, can you help me"/"Oooo, this stuff is so gross" lasted about 1 hour. The clean up time for me once I impatiently put the kids to bed lasted another hour and a half! Tomorrow will be better!

Sheesh. That sounds like hard work. I admire you still doing fun things with them. I still think you look great! :)
I agree with Carly, I look worse alone with 1 child for 1 day. LOL. I am sorry though - no es bueno. 9 days down, how many more to go?

There has to be somting going around. I am super sick in bed. My poor husband must feel like you - when i get sick i get real crabby because i cant get anything done so i ask him to do it all and hes pretty busy himself with the business... but why do we do it - because we love our family and this too shall pass! :)
I hope the time will pass quickly.
I am sorry. Being alone is the pits! I didn't like it this summer and I was even staying with family! I can't imagine doing it alone. But, just think how happy your reunion will be!
